Can we talk about Nancy’s Deli Spirals from Sam’s Club for a second? Because I miss them. A lot.

If you know, you know. And if you’ve been on the internet searching for them recently, you’re not alone — apparently the company sold and the new owners just didn’t keep them around. Honestly, the amount of people mourning these things online tells me someone needs to bring them back. Consider this my formal petition.

But in the meantime, I did some digging and figured out the secret that made them so good — and it wasn’t a flour tortilla like I always assumed. It was lavash flatbread.

If you haven’t used lavash before, go get some immediately. It’s soft, thin, and rolls up perfectly without cracking or falling apart. Total game changer.

So here’s my version — simple, quick, and honestly dangerous because you will eat the whole thing.

What you need:

  • Lavash flatbread
  • Cream cheese — I used herb, jalapeño, and garden veggie from Aldi (all three, no regrets)
  • Fresh spinach
  • Deli chicken
  • 3 pepper cheese from the deli counter
  • Sun dried tomatoes

What you do:

Lay out your lavash flat. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese all the way to the edges. Layer on your spinach, deli chicken, cheese, and sun dried tomatoes. Roll it up tight, slice into pieces, and try not to eat them all before they hit the plate.

That’s it. Seriously.

The cream cheese is what ties everything together, so don’t skip it or go light on it. The herb and jalapeño flavors from Aldi are so good here — a little creamy, a little kick, a little fresh. Mix and match depending on what you’re feeling.

These are perfect for a quick lunch, a party snack, or honestly just a Tuesday when you need something that feels like you tried without actually trying that hard.

Nancy’s spirals may be gone, but consider this their worthy replacement. You’re welcome.
